  • Clearance items or final sale products.
  • Perishable goods, such as automotive fluids.

2. How to Return an Item

  3. Ship the item back to us using a secure and trackable shipping service to avoid potential losses during transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged goods or wrong items), we will cover the return shipping fees.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges
